  • Savings are not applicable to promotional or sale items, unless otherwise stated.
  • Cards lost or damaged and non-replaceable and non-refundable.
  • Cardholders are advised to check with the staff on what items are covered by the Tiong Bahru Card. The merchant may deny the Tiong Bahru Card privileges if correct information was provided but not adhered to by the consumer.
  • Tiong Bahru Card privileges will only be extended when the physical, valid card is produced upon payment.
  • Tiong Bahru Card is not limited to any specific type of payment but is subject to the merchant acceptance.
  • Tiong Bahru Card privileges are not applicable with private events, other special promotional offers, in-store offers or programmes. This includes special events and promotions that are organised by the partner.
